After having me send him some photos of the rug he let me know that while he could remove the dirt and oils, that the fibers would not be able to return to looking new in the same way. Also that if I wanted to use a rake on the carpet it could help the fibers stand back up a bit. He was so kind and if I ever need a carpet cleaned I will definitely be calling him again!“
