Loreanne recently provided a lunch and learn at Waterloo Animal Hospital to teach our staff about safe animal handling, body language, and how to help animals be less stressed when they visit the vet. She is a wonderful teacher, and made animal handling techniques seem simple and straight forward. She explained how dogs see the world, which helped different training techniques make more since and easier to remember. Even though we are in the animal profession, we can all learn new things everyday. My fiancé and I took Big Friendly Dog Training’s CGC classes and test (a.k.a. good citizenship certification) test. Loreanne was a great instructor who took the time to identify what everyone needed to work with their specific dog in order to be up to the CDG standard.
