They were very patient, communicating clearly what information was needed, and offering advice which helped make the entire experience more efficient and pain-free! Baggerley was excellent in every area, from facilities, to service, to catering, very thorough in covering every detail! Katelyn was instrumental in helping us plan a respectful service for my Step Mom. Her guidance really helped in our time of need. I did not feel pressured and she worked within our budget to accomplish a very respectful and reverent service.
