After AAA made my daughter and I wait 14 hours and call four times to understand why their subcontracted tow trucks just weren't coming, it was time to find my own service. I called Tony's, and Tony himself immediately picked up. Friendly and helpful, Tony quickly got my details, quoted me a fair rate and gave me a terrific timeline, telling me where he was and exactly what he had to do prior to coming out. He agreed to follow up on his way to me, and said he had his phone with him in case I needed to reach him again. I will definitely call Tony first next time!

Tony was awesome, from the time he arrived at my daughters accident until the day he dropped the car at the body shop. Tony was knowledgeable, accomodating and extremely helpful.
