A1 was assigned to me via home warranty. The technician that came to my house was extremely efficient and professional. He did a great job. This company could improve on communication with customers.

A-1 was assigned via my home warranty service. I had them do my pre-season inspection and a follow up. Follow up did not go as planned. Spring check showed main unit needed freon, then told a misunderstanding and not included even though it's in my notes. Wasn't worth arguing and have moved on. Get what your told in writing.

Our home warranty company sent A-1 out after the last guy could not diagnose the problem.Wes was on time and professional. He made the effort to properly diagnose the system, explained why he was doing what and the results, then made phone calls to locate the circuit board needed. He told us that no suppliers had one in stock and it may take as long as two weeks but they would be in touch.The very next day Mike, the owner called to let me know that it still may be a while but that it was ordered and we would get it as soon as possible. I like that extra touch.They surprised us again when the part arrived earlier than expected and Wes came back directly for the installation....read full review
