A1 was assigned to me via home warranty. The technician that came to my house was extremely efficient and professional. He did a great job. This company could improve on communication with customers.

Our home warranty company sent A-1 out after the last guy could not diagnose the problem.Wes was on time and professional. He made the effort to properly diagnose the system, explained why he was doing what and the results, then made phone calls to locate the circuit board needed. He told us that no suppliers had one in stock and it may take as long as two weeks but they would be in touch.The very next day Mike, the owner called to let me know that it still may be a while but that it was ordered and we would get it as soon as possible. Mike and Wes are awesome! They came to our house several years ago for a home warranty repair and when my elderly mother needed to replace her A/C and Heat we reached out to them for one of our quotes. Wes was very patient in explaining the system, pricing and next steps. He was on time for the initial appt. and install.
