I was out of town for several days last week and really missed my RED LIGHT!! My hands and knees were hurting more than they had in a long time. I know that the red light helped a lot with both but now I have proof. I do go every day but it is so good for my body. It has also helped reduce my waist size (look it up). I do walk every day. This is something I can do for a long time. So glad I got started!!
I’m one of those people that buys one month at a time, and I also tan at inconsistent times. That being said, I love it here. All the girls are so nice, the hours are perfect (love that they’re now open for a bit on Sundays), the beds are clean. I think I’ve only ever had to wait maybe one time for a bed, and it was a less than 5 minute wait. Overall it’s amazing!
