I am a massage therapist specializing in pain relief, injury recovery, and restorative balance. Every session is a blend of techniques customized for the individual. Some of the modalities I use the most include myofascial release, deep tissue, Swedish massage, trigger point and cupping therapy. I also offer cannabis infused massage for qualified patients. I began my practice in 2016 after graduating from the National Holistic Institutes 900 hour massage therapy program. I have since studied Ayurvedic healing practices, sports therapy, cupping and fascia scraping.
