“I was a patient the 1st part of September 2024 for 1 week in the CCU ward. Care was excellent; staff was excellent answering questions, patient and sympathetic to my concerns and needs. At the end of September, same year, a dear friend at end stage cancer was admitted. Sadly he passed away. They treated him and his family with kind compassionate care. The nurses and staff straighten his gown, set him up straight on the bed and had someone shave him so his grandkids could say goodbye without fear. On his passing they even provided the family with a catered tray of snacks. I know that before Saints took over this hospital it had a very bad rating, but now you could not ask for better treatment. Total five stars!“

The staff is so friendly and remembers me everytime I come in, we can pick up on our last conversations from months before. So professional and patient! Quick and willing to talk to you about anything. My doctor makes me feel welcomed, heard and well taken care of. Previous doctors just wanted to give me anxiety medicine instead of doing any checks on me, with the relief of knowing I’m in good health I don’t have the anxiety, so no mediation is necessary! “You have to drive around to the back of the building and hopefully find a handicap parking spot, if it's full then there's a parking garage behind it also. The women's clinic is located on the 3rd floor with elevators and stairs available. Big lobby to wait and is usually full of people. The receptionist and check out lady are not personable, it's business only...no greeting, no smiles, no how are you doing.. basically you give them your cards then sit and wait to be checked in. The doctors and nurses are wonderful and knowledgeable, helpful. Once you're in your clinic room time goes by pretty quick. It's really not a bad place..they just need to work on getting their office ladies to be more approachable, friendlier, at least smile act like they enjoy being there...they're my only complaint.“

“Not only a patient, I actually worked here for 4 years as a rehab therepist taking patients through their workouts. I was a bodybuilder at the time I worked there and experienced several structural problems due to my workouts and I find myself passing my accrued knowledge onto my own family almost 20 years later. I still wear my orthotics and lifts in every shoe I wear. Today my son had had a significant back problem that I immediately recognized and with stretches and manipulatuve therapy I learned from Dr. Pope I was able to alleviate his symptoms in 30 min.
