“I was very nervous after my mother passed about dealing with the arrangements, but once I went inside and was met by the kind receptionist I felt more at ease as she took me to have a seat and Laci would be with me soon.
Laci came in and showed such condolences for my loss and we went over everything and looked at the information I brought about my mother and she made the whole process so stress free and clear to understand everything. I just felt so cared for and Laci was more like family to me. The whole staff was respectful and meeting all your needs. When I went to view my mother I was so surprised how beautiful she looked I just couldn't believe it I had tears of joy.
The gentleman that drove us to the cemetery to lay mother to rest was so respectful and give condolences and we talked about family.
Sunnylane did such a beautiful job at mothers grave site and Dude Youngblood give a beautiful and comforting sermon at the funeral service and grave site as well.
We all meet back at Bill Eisenhower Funeral home to eat and I ask Laci and staff to please sit and eat and we had the best time sharing family pictures and just enjoying. I'll always remember that day for they took the best care of my family with Dignity, Respect and compassion.

“10/2/2024...We want to thank the Grounds Crew at Resthaven Funeral Home for finding my baby brother's grave marker, which was initially thought to be "an unmarked grave". We went back in June to decorate my parents' gravesite and remembered that our Mom always decorated the "baby's grave". Finally, I am able to come and decorate more than one grave, after raising a family, living far away, etc. When we came to the space where the grave was supposed to be, we found nothing. I was heartbroken that I had a newborn baby brother 40+ years ago, and assumed that his grave was unmarked. I didn't want to think it was left off. We then made plans to possibly buy a marker, etc. I began looking for his exact Birthdate, since the file only showed a burial date. No death certificate inside the file from many years ago. I called the state department of vital records, etc. and other places searching for it. No luck. One week later, my husband found a picture of the grave on a website known as "Find a Grave". I couldn't believe it!! Kudos to that website as well. I phoned Resthaven and sent a picture of the grave marker we saw on the website. Within one week the grounds crew found the marker overgrown with grass. ( Back then, granite was not required around the grave markers, I was told; and that is why the marker had sunken.) We are so comforted that my baby brother did* have a grave marker. We plan to have the grave marker repainted, refurbished and a piece of granite put around the marker. Resthaven has been involved with our family since even before the 1970s. The cemetery always looks nice, and the office, chapel building is very nice, cool inside and well-decorated. The ladies are nice, friendly and ready to help. We usually drive up from TX on a hot day to decorate, and the restrooms, cool water if needed are readily available. It is clean, safe and caring there at Resthaven.
