I am not sure what issues everyone else had but my experience with them was fabulous. I asked about a very specific problem with my shower and the emails just flew back and forth, pictures were sent, measurements taken, and when the parts came, they fit perfectly. Now, this is not Amazon speed, so it took a little while for the parts to come, but the customer service was great and I would highly recommend this company if you have plumbing issues that the guys at the big box stores cannot address and that the plumber is asking hundreds of dollars for.

These guys are great! I went in to get help with my broken faucet handle. They went above and beyond to help me figure out what peice I was missing on my broken handle. Great service and very professional.Thank you!? ? ? ? ?
