This gym is nothing short of family! Almost 5 years strong and it has helped figure out what kind of life I want. I went from not understanding how to workout to understanding the fundamentals of each movement! Each couch is there to push you and cheer you on when you hit a new goal! No one clapping for you harder than your Iron Wolf family! Dropping in? GREAT! You’re already family and we may give ya a little crap but it’s all fun and games!😜
I’ve been a member of the gym for almost 6 months. Great environment and appreciate how clean it’s kept. It’s also a nice perk to have the tanning bed and a place for the kids to hang out while I work.
I’m not hardcore, but some of the folks are and it seems like there is equipment for every skill level.
We’re lucky to have such a nice place in Davis!
Traveled all over the country with my career and this is the kind of gyms I like to join. Clean well lit with updated equipment. The owner is involved with signing up. Great experience so far!
