“I was a customer in the salon when a lady came in the store and started to berate the owner about her nails. The woman was just non-stop complaining, she wouldn’t even let Mindy, (the owner) speak. She went around showing people her nails, trying to get them on her side. Mindy was generous enough to offer to fix her nails but she wouldn’t take it. The woman went as far as to call the police because the other customers were quote, “harassing me.” Now the other customers were definitely talking about her because she was causing such a scene but there was no harassment whatsoever. She was being hateful towards the employees and put out false allegations against them. Also, when Mindy was trying to talk to the lady to clear up the tension, she coldly said, “Don’t speak to me, do your job.” Who does that? Mindy gave the woman the refund that she wanted after taking off her nails and the lady left. People should not be so quick to judge before hearing both sides of the story. Anyone who is a regular at A Nails knows that all of the employees are very kind. Mindy was doing her best and I hope that she can move on from this situation.“
