This plumbing company was the only company that returned my call and showed up the same day to go over what needed fixing and how. Everything repaired and replaced still works 100%. Thanks very much for your help.

At the house I rent there is a known problem, if you pour grease down the drain it will clog up and will have to be snaked. I got a roommate who's aware of the problem but accidentally poured grease down it, so it clogged up. I let my landlord know and offered to deal with it and pay for it since it isn't my landlords fault and he shouldn't be the one burdened by it. He's on board and I call you guys the next afternoon.
