I have nothing but great things to say about the recent job that Edwards Custom Wood Floors completed for me. Justin, arrived at the appointed time for my bid. Upon accepting the bid, a crew was to start the following morning. They were on time and worked all day, completed the sanding of my floors, and stained them the same day. Second day, again right on time as agreed, first coat of polly, allowed to dry five hours, second coat applied, end of second day. Third day, on time, sanding, vacuuming, tack ragging several times, final coat added. While I'd give 5 stars on the finished product, the job did have a drawback. Job was quoted to be done on a certain day, but was actually done early. It would've been great! ...but they never called me, so I was out of my home five days extra, waiting for them to finish the job. A lack of sufficient communication, but the final product is excellent.
