I’m a retired FNP with a complicated health history of 2 autoimmune diseases.
I wasn’t the last patient scheduled but I was the last for him to finish.
I HAVE serious peri orbital edema.
I told him I’m having severe edema on my body but my facial EDEMA is serious.
After waiting patiently for a couple hours,, he walks in & says, “I don’t see any edema”….
When did it become a thing for DOCTORS to TELL a patient, HE doesn’t SEE the problem ?

R U D E S T staff ever!!! Geeze, why would anyone recommend this place! Doctor Parker tells me to talk to a specific person in his office, to get my "out of pocket" share, after the insurance pays. What does she tell me?? "Call your insurance and you can go over it with them." WOW!! Thank you. Like I couldn't have figured that much out! Why did I waste time talking to her? Short woman in black scrubs rudely says we're closed for lunch, from 12:00 to 1:00. Okay, but it's only 11:50. Hello?? This place is NOT worth the frustration. PERIOD.
My wife went in to get her eyes checked and to get a new eyeglass prescription. She did get her eyes checked but could not see with the prescription that Dr Parker came up with. Rather than working with her to come up with the prescription that she could see with, he acted as if it was her choice not to see out of it.He apparently doesn't understand that the goal of an eye doctor is that his patients be able to see better when they leave his office, not put up with lenses that they can't see out of just because of the doctor's impatience, ego, ability, or maybe even incompetence. We paid for substandard service and will now have to pay another doctor to get a prescription...read full review
