I had purchased a GrillGun from Dickinson barbeque in Toronto Canada.
There was a problem with the igniter.
It was suggested that I contact GrillBlazer directly.
The person I dealt with was Taylor.
I explained my issue with the grill gun. Taylor responded within minutes with suggestions and photo.
At the same time, I was also given the option for full replacement.
I went along with the suggestions and now the grill gun functions the way it should.
It was also indicated to me that if there are any issues in the future, not to hesitate to contact them.
