My overall hair cut looks fine.. I came in with already short hair and basically needed a trim yet it cost me 20$... I have experience with cosmetology and I was being handle like a mannequin head pushed, and she cut my front hair with my head back obviously she should know that the hair would fall into my face, it was messy. My haircut appointment today took 20 minutes for a chair to open, then, I waited 15 minutes to pay - Who normally waits this long. To make matters worse, my haircut proved to be too short in length... No one ever listens well down here.
