“I had roof leaks due to a recent storm. Josh Upton at Arrowhead came out and was did a great job helping to temporarily patch our roof to keep the water out. He was honest with me on the issues with the roof and provided me with an estimate for the repairs. Very honest and did not pressure me to commit to buying a new roof at the time. Great company and I will be in contact with them once we speak with the insurance company.

Update: After receiving my quote from Josh and asking some questions. I decided to have Arrowhead replace my roof. I signed the quote on a Monday and they were there the next morning which was great since we had rain coming by the weekend. The crew removed the old materials and I was able to view the damage to my decking along with getting a look at my insulation before the guys installed new decking. Hector and his crew were in and out the same day and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Everything was nice and clean when the crew left. I would definitely use them again but, I don’t feel I will have the need for a very long time.“

“April Stephens is a dedicated worker and I would promote her ahead of her peers! My wife and I were extremely pleased from the first time until the job was complete. Her inspection initially of our roof; come to find out we had severe hail damage. April took upon herself to get the ball rolling to contact our insurance. The roofing inspector came right out and determined as well we had hail damage on our roof.
Needless to say, April set up a day and time to have our new roof installed. She also offered some discounts as well when she initially went over our paperwork before and after the install.
April was here the entire time when the roof was being installed to make sure there was no issues.
Afterwards after the roof was installed, April came back out to finish up the contract paperwork. April is a great part of Legacy Construction and as I said earlier in the review, she should receive a bonus for her continous dedication to the company she works for.

“They helped me submit my claim after the inspection and they quoted me the same class 3 roof I had. And I would have a $1600 deductible. Darren, the owner, called me back 2 hours later and was very happy to tell me that he had found a class 4 shingle that looked very much like the original and that I would have $0 out of pocket!! (Upgrade) His employees are amazing! They installed my roof in 1-1/2 days! The first day they worked from 7:30am to dark and the roof was 3/4 finished. And they were finished the next day before 11:00am and the yard was clean with no sign any one had been there except for the sign in my yard! One day later the gutters were getting installed and everything looks great I will highly recommend Exception Roofing \u0026 Exteriors, Inc. You will not be disappointed!!“
