Had an appointment for Monday ‘After 1 PM.’ I changed my schedule to make sure I would be home by noon and then waited and waited some more. No one showed up and I never got a call. The next day I called Johnson’s Plumbing to complain about the no call no show and was told that I was wrong and that I was scheduled for that day, Tuesday, after 1 PM (which isn’t what I was told when scheduling appointment because I had work that Monday and had to get somebody to cover me so I could be home).I once again had work that afternoon but tried to convince myself there was a chance I was wrong and maybe I was actually scheduled for Tuesday even though I know she said Monday. I made some calls to shuffle schedule and rushed home so I could get my leak inside the wall fixed. I waited around house until 7 PM and called Johnson’s Plumbing to see where they were. I got no answer and left a voicemail complaining about the second no call no show. A little while later a gentleman called me back and said they weren’t coming today and they were so busy I might need to call somebody else to get leak fixed. I brought up that they were supposed to be here Monday and he said there must of been some confusion because they wouldn’t have scheduled service on a Monday (I spoke to a woman to schedule appointment, but I know without a doubt she scheduled me for Monday).I tried to use Johnson’s Plumbing because they are located in Carney and I like using local companies but apparently I’ll have to use somebody else. They could have at least done me the courtesy of calling to let me know they couldn’t make it before they cost me nearly a $1,000 in lost work income.Service: Plumbing leak repair
