Staff is very friendly and Dr was very good to explain my prescriptions and care, but you shouldn’t have to wait an hour in the lobby and another 40 min in the room. There was only one other patient in the entire place. I have never had to wait this long at an urgent care before, especially if I made an online appt. Everything but the waiting was great. May not go back…..this has happened twice now.
Excellent care! Always have been able to get in the same day and test results are fast. We used the virtual appointment and it was so nice not have to go to a clinic. Highly recommend. Great staff!
Mandi was my MA. I really feel the staff really cares for the whole patient here. You are not treated like just a number or hearded in and out like most other places. They serve with compassion. They take time to really listen and come up with best plan and treatment.
