Great Family Business that is well established in the community. When I had some AC issues, my neighbor told me to call T & M. Best advice I've received in a long time. They showed up and listened to my issues and then methodically worked through my system and helped me get the right solution!! These folks are true repairmen...not salesmen...big difference!! Honest and very hard working and I'm now a loyal customer. Call T & M for any and all heating and air issues or regular maintenance. I'm so glad that I did.

I have used T&M for over 35 years for houses and remodels I've done and for my personal home which is still climate controlled by the original equipment they installed. Now what does that say. The greatest.

I live in Atlanta, but I have a rental property in Tulsa. When my tenant called and said the air conditioner was not working I wrenched as I knew it had been running on borrowed time. I called the same guy I always call, "a guy who knows a guy" thing. He said it was shot and needed replacing. So I scrambled to scrape together four thousand dollars. During this time, a friend suggested I call Jeff at T & M Heating and Air in Broken Arrow, just to get a comparison quote. At first I didn't call because I already had a guy. I called Jeff on Monday and he said he could get someone out on Tuesday. As I understand it, the techs at T & M were so busy, Jeff didn't have a tech that could get by my house, so he went himself. Around 1:00, my renter called and said Jeff was there and had the system running. I was speechless. How could it be running? My guy just assumed the coil was shot because a dog had been urinating on the coil and rotted through. Jeff didn't assume anything. Jeff disregarded what he had been told about the unit and proceeded as if nobody knew what the problem was. Jeff said the unit had pressure and he discovered a burnt wire needing replacing. With that, the unit was up and running, saving me thousands of dollars. Here is an honest man. Jeff knew I was already committed to buying a new unit, but went the extra mile to convince himself the unit needed replacing. Had he not, I would have needlessly bought a new unit. Therefore, Jeff is my new "guy". So, if you ever need an honest, reliable heat and air company, "I know a guy". James Kirsch
