The technicians that came to service our carpets were very professional.They took the time to explained everything. They were doing very courteous. Very good customer service. They did not leave a mess.They picked up after therselves. I would use these two technicians again as well as Stanley steemer.

Jordan was precise in his cleaning. Took his time and made sure the heavy duty dirty spot were tamed and cleared as much as possible. If I wanted anyone to continue my cleaning it would definitely be Team Jordan.
