PEACE OF MIND…that’s the first thing that comes to my mind when I think of How Dr. Sudduth and his team care for his patients. It is truly an “old school” type of care. Dr. Sudduth is available and listens beyond anything that you could possibly hope for this day and age. He gives the most reasonable care. If you are looking for a doctor that thinks like a real person and not like a doctor that is completely disconnected from reality….This is your doctor! I refer him with confidence over and over.
Before Remedy, I was always on the phone scheduling appointments, asking for refills or referrals… Now, everything I need is in one APP. I can message the pediatrician for my son and message my doctor in one place and they always respond quickly; sometimes immediately!
I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience has been. I have two children with pediatric care through remedy with Dr Dunlap. The staff are so warm and helpful. It’s extremely easy to communicate through the instant messaging app. I can schedule, ask a health question, anything I could think of as easy as texting. I’ve been able to get samples as we’ve worked through my daughter’s potential formula allergies. One time, I had to come in with both kids and my baby was very sick.
