I was a customer of theirs. But when I was going through a health crisis and in the process of this, my husband died, I got behind in two payments that I thought that I had paid . In the past, they have misplaced 2 of my payments before, so I thought this time the payment was misplaced again, they didn’t harass me for the payment but I noticed the check never went through my bank and so I kept calling and asking if the payment was received. I never was able to talk to a live person just their answering machine. Finally I got a call back. My yard looks horrible! Had issues with them last year too and they got their act together but they have regressed. My next door neighbor uses them as well and her yard looks a lot better than mine. My wife told me a guy from Personal Touch came by last year and put an invoice for "services rendered" yet no service was rendered. I am done with them. I called them earlier today and never received a call back. My wife called as well and the same thing.

We just started with this lawn service this year. So far, service and customer support are lacking. They don't answer the phone and they don't return calls. We had to request our spring fertilization several times. When they finally came, they didn't provide advance notification, and they fertilized while our dog was outside. The fertilization appeared to be very uneven, as there were a few green spots, but most of the yard didn't appear to have been fertilized. We do not recommend this business.
