Employee was fine, paid $17.00 for car wash went around to vacuum and car still had bug guts and numerous black streaks all over car and roof. So I grabbed a free cloth and wiped off as much as I could and it came off rather easily so was puzzled how the wash didnt help ??♀️ so disappointed

Okie Express use to be my favorite car wash, however here lately every time I come to get a car wash they our out of cleaning rags. It seems like the vacuums have low pressure. I typically have to switch three or four times to a different lane just to find a good vacuum that actually sucks up dirt. Today I went and the parking lot had quite a bit of trash everywhere. Pretty discouraged especially after I spent $17 on a car wash.
