“AC froze up due to freon leak I had Aire Serv come out and look at it. They told me I needed a whole new unit and quoted me $12k ? My unit is 30 years old and they said they couldn't get parts for it. I needed a second opinion. They came out and gave us a few different quotes. One to repair the leak ($2100) and 2 different full replacement quotes that were both well under $12k.
