Submitted several leads within the same 10 minutes on multiple websites, and Travis from BA Flooring and Design was the only person to reach out to me, and that was over a month ago. Travis called me and set up a time for a consultation, he was courteous and professional, showed up on time and had multiple options with him. Ended up picking out carpet and scheduling install the next day. Travis and Donnie are great people and would recommend to anybody!“

They also double checked their work and corrected their own mistakes without me even asking. “The ONLY reason I didn't buy my flooring here is I had a deal of a lifetime present itself had it not. I would have bought from Brittany. She had more knowledge about the products than floor salesman at mill creek and was great to convers with about our floors. If you are looking at flooring don't go to mill creek go see Brittany at Superior.“

All workers were masked and masks are required for entry.It had been a while since I purchased anything here but as we were refurbishing a remodeled room in our home, we needed some lighting. Terry, who helped us, was very informative and helped us figure out what was in stock, what had to be ordered, and what items we could return (because we weren't sure exactly what we wanted). We bought two sets of pendants to take home to look at.I also found a chair that I will probably return and get. Seriously, some of the sale items' prices were amazing. (But, please don't go in and buy my chair!)I forget they have furniture so if you're in the market for cool furnishings (and lighting), check them out.“
