Athena masons entire practice is an absolute mess. I have a chronic illness and she did absolutely no research before my new patient appointment and while I was trying to get help she was extremely dismissive and difficult. Zero compassion. Not to mention I told her three times that I use CVS and she filled my prescription at a random Walgreens. The little pharmacy mess up would really not be a big deal but it’s just that she was so dismissive of me and rude including her front of desk staff. The whole experience was just a mess. I really don’t recommend Athena if you have a chronic illness.

I was contacted before the office closed to pay off my account. I paid off the remainder of my account and they are still charging me every single month. I have reached out to them to ask for them to stop this repetitive billing and they have not yet contacted me. My next step is to dispute these charges and file formal complaints with the state.
