They helped me submit my claim after the inspection and they quoted me the same class 3 roof I had. And I would have a $1600 deductible. Darren, the owner, called me back 2 hours later and was very happy to tell me that he had found a class 4 shingle that looked very much like the original and that I would have $0 out of pocket!! (Upgrade) His employees are amazing! They installed my roof in 1-1/2 days! The first day they worked from 7:30am to dark and the roof was 3/4 finished. When if ever, have you felt blessed when you accidentally found an incredible company to do business with? I met TJ from Exceptional Roofing while we were out to eat. I could not be happier with the work they are doing. After I contacted my insurance company, Darin (the owner) of Exceptional Roofing and Exterior handled everything from their end. Terry approached us and assessed the damage to our roof, fencing, screens and a few other items after a massive hail storm. He informed us how to file a claim with our insurance company and from that point he followed up with them to make sure everything went smoothly.
