This was the first time I had been there and they were very busy, but I was still taken back within seven minutes and they Took my dog back to get His nails trimmed, and then the doctor was in to see me in about two minutes He was able to take his time with me, and answer any and all questions that I had I will be back every year for the shots that my dog would need
