We have taken Tiger Lily here for month now, and we love this place! Tiger Lily even loves going! They are great with communication, and the pick up policy is awesome! We can actually run errands while she's getting groomed. Tiger grew up with another dog and when we moved to BA she was an only dog. It was a rough transition for her when our friends started getting dogs and she was not the best with socializing with them. We heard this place was an open concept and we were a little nervous dropping her off. The staff there explained the concept and were able to put us at ease. Just took my 2 Australian Shepard here for the first time. My male is 5 and gets groomed frequently at pet smart but my female (3yr) has never been groomed before for fear of some behavior issues. I called yesterday late afternoon and they were able to get both dogs in the next day first thing! I took them in at 8am and they were done in a couple hours which I was pleasantly surprised by! They came out soft, shiny, smelling nice and trimmed up well. They even clipped their nails. They said my female did great and there weren't any issues at all. Just took my 2 Australian Shepard here for the first time. My male is 5 and gets groomed frequently at pet smart but my female (3yr) has never been groomed before for fear of some behavior issues.
