Just took my 2 Australian Shepard here for the first time. My male is 5 and gets groomed frequently at pet smart but my female (3yr) has never been groomed before for fear of some behavior issues. I called yesterday late afternoon and they were able to get both dogs in the next day first thing! I took them in at 8am and they were done in a couple hours which I was pleasantly surprised by! They came out soft, shiny, smelling nice and trimmed up well. They even clipped their nails. They said my female did great and there weren't any issues at all. They also don't kennel the dogs which I think helped with their stress of getting groomed. Thank you guys! I have already recommended...read full review

I don’t know what you guys did, but this is the best my dogs have ever felt coming out of the groomers! And by felt I mean their hair and disposition. Their hair is perfect and they are so calm! My pug usually is freaked out, can’t catch her breath and tries to drink a gallon of water when we get home, but after we left you guys she was as chill as could be! This is also the best their nails have ever been trimmed. Thank you!!!
