I brought my Mack here today for the first time. I had a bad vet experience previously, and have been scared to go since then. My cattle dog is very protective and scared of the vet. Dr. Ford did absolutely wonderful with him and calmed my nerves as well! I'm so glad they do well even with reactive babies. I will be coming back regularly. ❤️
Great care has been given to our pets. The staff is knowledgeable, caring and considerate. They offer a Veteran's discount which is wonderful. They also have great communication and always follow up if there are questions not concerns. I highly recommend by his practice.
They had appointment available the day I called . Up on arrival the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming . There was no way they took me directly to the examining room . There was only a couple of minute that I had to wait Dr Ford is so gentle with animals . He takes his time and thoroughly explains everything. I did not feel rushed and they have even checked up on my pet two times. I felt like a VIP I love this place
