Palm Beach Tan at this location is amazing. Richard, who gave them one star, is a very rude customer that threatened to cause a scene for no reason and was very rude to staff in front of me and a few other customers. I would ignore his comment, because he is a grumpy entitled man that wanted more than he was willing to pay for.Service: UV tanning

Nakisha is amazing! I listened to her talk to a customer that seemed to be upset about an auto draft. She acted in the most respectful way. She helped problem solve the customer’s concerns with grace and dignity. Broken Arrow At the Beach you need to keep Nakisha!!!On a side note, I meet her last summer but didn’t know she was the same person (new hair style) until I witnessed how she dealt with the upset customer. I recognized her voice, her kind spirit. Glad she is back. She is an asset to this company.Service: Tanning
