Dr. Nickle, Jess, and Sophie are all amazing and treat our dogs like they are part of the family! Our first experience with Dr. Nickle was in February 2022 when our older schnauzer started having a neurological problem during the snow storm. We called to see if they happened to be open since they were close to our house. They weren’t but Dr. Nickle was so kind to talk us through what to try with her and what to watch for. After a second call, Dr. Nickle told us that she needed to be seen. Sadly, we had to make the decision to put her to sleep that day. At that point, I told my husband that we would be seeing Dr. Nickle with our animals because she was so kind to talk with us even though we were not clients at the time. We got a schnauzer puppy in April and started taking her in along with getting our cocker spaniel caught up on her vaccinations. My son also moved his dog over to Dr. Nickle as well and so has my mom. Dr. Nickle is so good to tell you what needs to be done and usually gives you options on how to proceed. She is also great about not making the animals feel uncomfortable. Our cocker spaniel needed a booster for one of her vaccinations and didn’t want to go to the back with Dr. Nickle so she brought the shot out to the lobby and gave it to her there. While we were out of town, we day boarded our puppy for a couple of days and they loved on her each day! They really are the best veterinarian office in town! Can’t recommend them enough!!
