This is a no smoke review, I highly recommend Mark Swanson and Brandon Correa for their incredible service. I have never experienced technicians that were so calmly knowledgeable and professional as I had many questions and concerns and they not only talked me through each one but even walked me through their checking processes truly giving me an Assurance of the functioning of my AC. Mark Swansons depth of knowledge was immediately evident in how he conveyed in a few sentences, hour's worth of information that I tried to obtain online myself. I love Air Assurance. They are always on top of things and their employees are very knowledgeable, nice and helpful. I've been with them for years and would highly recommend them for anyone needing heat or air service.
Martin should have no less than ten (10) stars, installation of my new HVAC equipment been going on almost 2 months, finally AA sent Martin & he solved problem promptly, he saw solution in couple of minutes !!!!!
