I’ve had dogs my entire life and so we’ve been through about a dozen different vets. I can honestly say, we will never go anywhere else but River Trail. When my pup passed, I was running out the door with my grandkids on the way to drop them at school… my husband bundled him up and when I got home, they welcomed us in a side entrance, away from other customers, and let me spend time with him before we left him to be cremated. About a week later, I received a card with his nose print in it. I didn’t expect this level of service but it made us customers for life. Scheduled appt and when arrived was told it was another time. I know for a fact that she told me the time I arrived. They said I would only need to wait 10-15 minutes and they will get me in. Waited 30 minutes but luckily the tech was a gem.
Dr. Hooley has years of experience and takes time to answer all questions that you may have. I am so grateful for this practice and will continue to bring my italian greyhound for all her healthcare needs.
