This office surprised me! The customer service here is something that is a rare find these days. EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER there was beyond AMAZING! I had only seen this office driving by and called out of the blue when I woke up in pain from sleeping on my neck wrong. Not only did they get me in right away to help me, their customer service is above and beyond. The explain everything in detail, and even though they were busy, I never felt like I was waiting very long bc they had constant communication and didn’t leave me long in a room by myself to just wait. Went for my 1st visit and everyone was amazing!! Staff was super friendly and Dr.Mac was very helpful, he got my husband and I adjusted quickly. They used massage chairs beforehand so it was an easy and relaxing environment.
I've been going to Bixby Chiropractic and Dr. Johnson for years. The staff is friendly and helpful and the environment is positive. Routine Chiropractic has helped keep my back in great shape vs the when I was just going when it went out.
