Nate is AMAZING! Stopped on his way home (with hot dinner) to help my family! He wasn’t even on shift. He worked fast and smart to keep everyone safe, towed the vehicle off, & assisted us so politely at the tow yard the following day. I’d recommend him & this company for any towing needs!!

I’ve been having such a frustrating day with my Tesla 12v battery dying and after 3 hrs trying to MacGyver this thing, it came down to needing a tow. Unfortunately, the closest Tesla towing service is 2.5 hrs away from me and it was already 9pm. Just my luck. Nate from this company was amazing! He had such a positive attitude that it made my whole situation less stressful. He provided updates to when he was arriving and just being so supportive that he will be able to take care of whatever situation it was in. Brandon is a nice and knowledgeable guy. Had him pick up a huge toolbox with zero problems and deliver to my new job. Very easy process with no worries. Definitely recommend him. Thanks again Brandon.
