“Came in last week or so with my senior pup and had a follow up today. Between the two, during a time they were closed of course, he had symptoms and I began overreacting. He's been by my side for 10+ years, I'm sure you can imagine. Well, these guys put my worries at ease and responded bright n early, first thing, the next day. He was present for the dog attack in 2022, so he can be a bit reactive, causing concern when not in my sight. I can trust him with them, fully. Quite rare for me. Today as I sat in the room as they gave him his shots in the back, I got to eavesdrop on them talking and interacting with him. My heart hurt with the joy and love I got to hear. That he gets to feel. I may have teared up a bit ;)<3 Last year, my coworker and other "friend" broke into my home whilst I was away. Ever since, he can be very standoff-ish with people, especially strangers. Understandably. But not here, not once with these souĺs. The people, building layout and practice of this establishment are top tier. Highly recommend!“

“I was very hesitant to leave my pup at a doggy daycare and our family spent a lot of time researching all of the facilities in the area. Our puppy was also assessed at a few places and we decided that Pawparrazi was the best.

To be honest, I was still worried leaving my pup all day. She has always been anxious with new people and other dogs. It has been 3 weeks since she enrolled and I can say that I am finally comfortable leaving her there. She is no longer showing signs of anxiety when we get there and she is always greeted with love. I know that she is well taken care of all day and that is what matters.

“Loreanne with Big Friendly saved us and our rescue dog, Lou Lou! We adopted Lou Lou without any knowledge of her past and after a few months with us, she started showing aggression towards guests at our house. We had tried several things, prior to getting Loreanne’s help, with no change in Lou Lou’s behavior. We started seeing improvement in Lou Lou’s behavior and obedience after just the first session with Loreanne. Since graduating training, Lou Lou has stopped being aggressive towards guests, walks great on a leash, has good general obedience and recall, and is a more confident/relaxed dog in general. Loreanne did such a good job educating us and setting us up with resources and knowledge that will continue to help us throughout our dog’s life. “We recently boarded both of our dogs here for the first time. One of our dogs has hemophilia and they were very careful with him, they made sure he didn’t get play time with other dogs being that he’s small and the condition he has, but from the photos, we saw that he still got outside play time which was great. Loved the report cards that they email you during the stay and both dogs always looked very happy in all of the photo attachments. Highly recommend and will be using them going forward!“
