I've used Mason's for several jobs at two different properties. They have always been prompt, courteous, and quite competent. They've always done jobs in the time quoted and within their estimates. In the latest job the water line connecting my house to the city water service broke and they had a team of people laying a new line through 270 feet of largely solid sandstone using a backhoe and jackhammer - AND they got me back online within a day. I was extremely impressed and grateful

I’ve used Mason’s Plumbing on two different occasions now and each time I was so impressed with their services. Techs show up when they say they will show up, they are friendly, clean, and knowledgeable. I had a water heater replaced most recently by Mason’s and the techs left the space clean and tidy. They worked efficiently and were in and out in just a few hours. Highly recommend Mason’s Plumbing.

I had a great experience with Masons Plumbing. I called because a toilet was not flushing and backed water into the bath tub. As soon as I called the lady who answered the call was very polite, helpful and efficient. She immediately scheduled me with a tech to arrive within a few hours. The tech (Keith) arrived (early actually!) and was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He went over the issue with me, then checked out all the toilets and drains. He was very thorough and was able to find the source of the issue.
