“Copper Cup went above and beyond with their marketing efforts for us! They started off with a deep-dive into our current marketing efforts, public perception of our venue, and our brand. This was invaluable, as we'd had previous marketing agencies that had simply regurgitated what we told them or (even worse!) did what they wanted. Knowing where we were and where we wanted to go was a first step, and one that Copper Cup recognized. They then developed a marketing strategy that was spot-on with our needs, beginning with an in-depth brand analysis and re-alignment. All of this has taken time - but good things do take time. And it's actually more cost effective as the money we will spend on future advertising will be more focused on customers we want to attract and products we want to sell. Jennifer was our initial point person and the one who walked us through the branding exercise.
