For your own health, drive to owasso or even Tulsa. This place if chalked full of incompetence. It's right on par with the rest of Bartlesville. Spend over $4000 on testing only to be told they couldn't figure it out. Basically bankrupted me and still have no idea what's wrong. This place is nothing more than a way to collect large sums of money from insurance, no care for patients.
This is the worst healthcare provider. I have been billed over and over f9r bills already payed for by my insurance and myself. Now my deductable isnt met because the resubmitted my claim as if they hadn't already been paid $3000 they recieved in the beginning of the year. They also are doing this to a Disabled Veteran. They're very crooked establishment.
I would rate at zero stars if I could. Went there today with severe abdominal pain. Couldn't barely walk so when I got in the doors of the ER I was hoping to get in a bed as soon as possible. Nope, had to wait in line while one person checked everyone in. When I finally got my turn I pleaded to get into a bed and that's when a nurse came out and told me I would have to wait in line and it was about a two or more hour wait. And what if my appendix burst? Wait two hours to even be seen... what a joke. I thought I was going to the ER, they treated us all like we were there for bandaids. They could have cared less if I died in that waiting room.
