Farris Heating & Air Conditioning

I have had to call Farris on three separate occasions due to heating issues and they have been very helpful and responsive. I also have to applaud them on their honesty as I called them with an emergency and was told that it would be holiday rate, but when the technician arrived he told me that it wasn’t a holiday for them and it would be normal rate. He could have easily not said anything and charged me the holiday rate, but he didn’t and for that I will always recommend Farris for your heating and air conditioning service.

Had them do a completely new two system install in a remodel a few years ago. Staff was efficient, very friendly and left the place spotless when finished. Staff have continued to check in on equipment performance and resolved any concerns immediately.Top notch outfit, would highly recommend.

This year we had them do a more extensive job for us in a new addition, they made recommendations we didn’t even think of…and so glad they did! We trust their employees to be in our home, which is so important when allowing contractors in and out of your home. Will use them every time!
