Ascension St. John Urgent Care Bartlesville

The staff was very friendly and caring. I was so glad that I no longer have to call ahead for an appointment. I could never understand that. It kind of contradicted its name, Urgent Care . I had good care and the medication prescribed is making me get well and feel so much better.

It was easy to make an appointment online for that day. I didn’t have to wait in the waiting room long at all. All the staff was very friendly and professional. I will be going back to Ascension if another non emergency health issue comes up

I went on a late Saturday morning thinking I was at the ER but finding out I was at Urgent Care once checked in. I had some very jacked up issues with my foot, including black blisters/pocketed blisters filled with snotty-looking fust on one foot and dramatic edema in both feet and lower legs. After a very short (IMO) wait - I'd barely finished with my paperwork when they called me back. And so we have context here, I hate kids that belong to anyone but me. Hearing "kids" and "UC" would normally send me screaming from the building but I'm so glad I didn't and that I stayed. The reception desk personnel were outstanding.
