They were prompt. The whole team was extremely professional. They gave my son a care bag with a water, chap stick, hand sanitizer and a magnet. I was seen immediately after I was very efficiently checked in. A nurse escorted me to a room. Another nurse joined her and they took very good care of me. It turned out I had RSV and felt I couldn’t breathe. Shawna, very kindly, assured me that although I felt like I wasn’t breathing I was getting plenty of oxygen. She had to give me an injection but explained to me in detail how the injection was going to make me feel physically. They both asked questions, listened to my answers and patiently answered my questions. They were both very reassuring. The doctor was equally attentive and reassuring. Admission was smooth and efficient. Staff was professional and effective and dealt with my problem in a timely fashion. Further admission to the hospital was a very smooth transition.
