Very professional. Terry took the time to pet my very skiddish Benny boy. He's a barker for sure and she did an amazing job meeting him and making him fit right in. Thank you Terry!!!!

I took our new puppy, Charlie, to Terry’s Pet Palace today for grooming. They did a great job. We used to take our poodle, Sam, to her all the time. He’s gone now but we will continue to use her with Charlie. She and her staff are awesome people. Highly recommend them for your pet.

I really liked them from just the small amount of contact that I had with them. They seemed very nice and my dog didn't seem scared when I got him back. It seems also like they were very patient with him. It was his first haircut and he is just a puppy at 5 months old. I was very happy with the service and his cut. He came out looking beautiful and perfect.
