I had some unexpected income changes and needed to tighten my monthly budget up. I already had a loan here and called to see what my options were. I spoke at length with April who was very patient and listened to my needs. I really feel she understood what I was going through and was there to help me, not take advantage of my situation (like I've experienced before with these type of loan places). She ended up working her magic and got me a way better rate than I had and even a nice chunk in my pocket without raising my monthly payments by much. I’ve done business here for several years and I have never had any issues with anything I needed, whether that be loan payments, getting loans, paying off loans, or anything of the sort. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable when I call with questions, and I don’t think I’ve ever been in there longer than an hour when it comes to getting a loan. You won’t find a more professional and friendly environment, I promise. Simply the best!!
