Wasted my time, drove an hours for an appointment showed up on time only to be told we showed up at the wrong time even though the reminder text we received specified and exact time, and that was the exact time I arrived. Can't go back and edit after typing/proof reading my comment. Must be a yelp issue. Wouldn't recommend this hospital and also looks like yelp kind of sucks as well.

I called Mercy in Ardmore,OK on Monday 8.23 because my brother who recently completed radiation treatment contract Covid. I work in the medical field so I know about the infusion and my mother had the infusion after she got Covid but we live in MS. So I ask my brother died they tell him about when he when to hospital he said no and don't think they had it in the area. So I called Mercy... I was transferred approximately 3 times and the last person I talked to said they didn't do the infusion there and I asked if they knew somewhere that did and they said at OU! This called was made a week ago 8.23. Yesterday 8.30 my brother had to go to hospital to get fluids because he can barely eat and can't keep anything down or in if he does. He still has fever and cough. I came across an article on FB and it had a website for health dept with a list of monoclonal antibodies infusion sites and low and behold Mercy in Ardmore is receiving shipment of the infusion! Do better Mercy! Try not to be God and choose who you tell about the infusion especially if they are high risk and need it! I don't know what they are telling their employees and why the are without holding this info from the citizens! The website is hhs.gov and therapeutics distribution arcg.is/vj9u5. I hope this reaches someone who cares and a change will be made!

This is, by far, the worst emergency room experience I've ever had. Do not go to this hospital for an emergency. Get yourself somewhere else. Unorganized, unprofessional and unhygienic.
